How Do I Use Free Valentine Printables?
We’ve set it up so it is easy to access and use these free printable valentine cards! There’s no sign in or payment required (however we do LOVE when you follow us on Pinterest and sign up for our email newsletter at the end of the post:) !! Ok, back to the Valentines… here are a few steps to get you started!
Select Your Valentine: Below we have several to choose from! Feel free to use a few different ones depending on your recipients! These free printable valentine cards are for personal use only (may not be sold or reproduced) and usage information can be found in our terms section or definitely contact us if you have any questions!
Download and/or Edit Your Valentine: If you would like to use our free printable valentine cards exactly as they are, just click the link in the caption to download them to your computer! We have two versions of each. One is the Valentine with a blank bottom and the second version includes a to/from section. Or, if you would like to add your name or special message to these DIY Valentines, simply follow our link to Canva (details in the next section on customizing these free printable valentine cards) to put your edits in.
Print These Free Valentines: Next you’ll send these to your home printer! Or you can send to a local printer if you’re looking for an especially high quality print or full service print and cut! For the best experience with printing, we recommend using a bright white paper, such as this HP paper that is slightly heavier than normal printer paper but can easily go through most home printers. You can also consider a lightweight cardstock or simple printer paper is perfect too!
Cut Valentines to Your Preferred Shape: When cutting paper, scissors are usually the go to tool. However, we like to use a paper cutter since it can be faster and make cleaner cuts (adult use only please, these can be sharp)! You can also cut these free printable valentine cards into rectangles or tag shapes. Another option is to use craft scissors and make fun corners or designs on the edges. Have fun with them!

Or you can attach your business card using glue dots, a staple or hole punch the Valentine and your business card and attach them by tying a ribbon through them both. Teacher Appreciation Valentines: If you’re a room parent, PTO or just looking to support the awesome teachers and staff at your child’s school, you can either handwrite messages on these free printable valentine cards or do a bulk signature by filling them out in Canva and printing from there.
When pairing anything with these free Valentines, it’s alway best to tailor to your audience, your budget and what is feasible time wise. For example, if you want to hand deliver these and do some networking, you may want to first map out your drop-offs and prioritize.
